支气管内膜结核行纤支镜介入治疗的临床护理管理效果

Clinical Care Management Effect of Endobronchial Tuberculosis Treated with Fiberoptic Bronchoscope Intervention

目的对支气管内膜结核行纤支镜介入治疗的临床护理管理路径及应用效果展开探究。方法选取2020年11月—2021年12月南华大学附属长沙中心医院介入科30名医护人员为研究对象。以不同时间节点采取的护理管理模式分组,2020年11月—2021年5月落实常规护理管理以实施前命名,2021年6—12月期间开展改进后护理管理模式以实施后命名。比较实施前后医护人员专业能力水平、护理管理质量评分、医护人员对护理管理模式的评价。结果比较医护人员专业能力水平各项评分、护理管理质量各项维度评分、医护人员对护理管理模式的评价方面,各项评价指标实施后的占比均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对介入科护理管理模式加以改进相较于常规护理管理而言更有利于提升医护人员的专业能力水平,使其护理管理质量得以显著提高,医护人员对改进后的护理管理模式认可度更高,有利于提高科室护理管理水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing management pathway and application effect of endobronchial tuberculosis treated with fiberoptic bronchoscope intervention.Methods Thirty medical and nursing staffs from the interventional department of Changsha Central Hospital,affiliated to South China University,from November 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Grouped by the nursing management mode adopted at different time points,the implementation of conventional nursing management from November 2020 to May 2021 was named before implementation,and the improved nursing management mode carried out during June to December 2021 was named after implementation.The level of professional competence of health care staff,quality scores of nursing management,and health care staff's evaluation of the nursing management model were compared before and after implementation.Results Comparing the scores of the professional competence level of medical and nursing staff,the scores of the dimensions of nursing management quality,and the evaluation of the nursing management model by medical and nursing staff,the percentages of each evaluation index after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved nursing management model of the interventional unit is more conducive to improving the professional competence of medical and nursing staff than conventional nursing management,which can significantly improve the quality of nursing management,and the improved nursing management model is more recognized by medical and nursing staff,it is conducive to improving the level of nursing management in the department.
