摘要
癌症威胁我国人民健康,癌症防控关键在于肿瘤的规范化诊疗、加强肿瘤诊疗质量的控制。本文从国家肿瘤质控中心总体组织架构及工作内容、全国抗肿瘤药物临床应用监测网、肿瘤单病种质控管理、专家委员会的管理等方面,对国家肿瘤质控中心的建设和管理过程进行介绍,为多学科、多病种质控中心建设提供参考。质控专业正在从行政走向学科。开展肿瘤临床诊治质控工作,有助于加强癌症多学科的协作,均化和提高我国肿瘤诊治质量和服务水平,有助于促进肿瘤质控专业的发展和提高。
The key to cancer prevention and control lies in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of tumors and strengthening the quality control of tumor diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the construction and management process of the National Cancer Quality Control Center from the aspects of the overall organizational structure and work content of the National Cancer Quality Control Center,the national anticancer drug clinical application monitoring network,the quality control management of single tumor types,and the management of the expert committee.The introduction provides a reference for the construction of a multidisciplinary and multi-disease quality control center.The quality control profession is moving from administration to discipline.Carrying out the quality control of tumor clinical diagnosis and treatment will help strengthen the multidisciplinary collaboration of cancer,homogenize and improve the quality and service level of cancer diagnosis and treatment in our country,and help promote the development and improvement of tumor quality control.
