摘要
目的探析中医临床见习中运用多元化带教模式的效果。方法随机选取长沙市第八医院2021年1—6月期间接收的中医专业临床见习学生24名,纳入参照组,运用基础带教模式。随机选取长沙市第八医院2021年7—12月期间接收的中医专业临床见习学生24名,纳入观察组,运用多元化带教模式。比较不同组别中医专业临床见习学生带教后的相关考核成绩、临床思维能力、诊疗服务能力、带教服务满意度。结果带教后,观察组考核成绩高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床思维能力、诊疗服务能力均强于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带教服务满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在将多元化带教模式应用在中医专业临床见习学生教学服务中,可丰富见习学生的中医理论知识,培养其临床思维能力,增强诊疗服务能力,提高带教服务质量,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of using diversified teaching modes in clinical internship in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 24 clinical internship students in traditional Chinese medicine received at Changsha Eighth Hospital from January to June 2021 were randomly selected to be included in the reference group,and the basic teaching mode was applied.24 clinical internship students in traditional Chinese medicine received at Changsha Eighth Hospital from July to December 2021 were randomly selected and included in the observation group,and the diversified teaching mode was applied.The relevant assessment scores,clinical thinking ability,diagnosis and treatment service ability,and satisfaction of teaching service of clinical internship students in Chinese medicine in different groups were compared after teaching.Results After the teaching,the assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical thinking ability and diagnosis and treatment service ability of the observation group were stronger than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of teaching service in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In applying the diversified teaching mode to the teaching service of clinical internship students in traditional Chinese medicine,it can enrich the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,cultivate their clinical thinking ability,enhance the ability of diagnosis and treatment service,and improve the quality of teaching service,which is worthy of reference.
