公立医院是我国医疗服务体系的主体,是党领导的卫生健康战线的主力军,是党联系人民、服务群众的重要窗口。当前随着医改的不断深入,如何找准党建工作与业务工作的切入点与整合点,将党建工作优势转化为医院发展的核心竞争力,推动党建工作与业务发展的互融互促,从而促进医院可持续发展,已成为新形势下医院党建工作的重要内容。近年来南通市妇幼保健院在改革中求发展,发展中求创新,为破解党建与业务“两张皮”的现象,探索出党建融合业务工作新格局,实现党建工作和业务工作双融合、双促进。
