学导式教学法联合改良Mini-CEX评估在针灸推拿学专业本科实习生临床教学中的应用教改方案 被引量:1

摘要 探讨学导式教学法联合改良Mini-CEX评估在针灸推拿学专业本科实习生临床实习教学中的应用效果,预期达到培养针灸推拿学专业本科实习生中医临床思维能力和提高针灸推拿学专科操作能力的目的。带教老师通过用Mini-CEX对实习生进行反复的阶段性评估,在教改方案实施前后做自身考核对比,帮助学生在实习过程中全面认识自己,及时查漏补缺,做到动“脑”与动“手”相结合。在针灸推拿学专业本科实习生中运用学导式教学法联合改良Mini-CEX评估,通过考核成绩等指标得出该教改方案效果较为显著,在不断提升针灸推拿专业本科实习生的临床综合能力的同时,能让带教老师认识到教学过程中的不足,从而改进自身教学方法,提高教学质量,实现教学相长,为教学差异化和个性化提供实证研究案例。同时,对充实和完善医学实习生的理论与临床结合教育理论研究意义重大。 To explore the effectiveness of the application of learning-guided teaching method combined with modified Mini-CEX assessment in the clinical internship teaching of undergraduate interns in acupuncture,moxibustion and tuina.It is expected to achieve the purpose of cultivating the clinical thinking ability of Chinese medicine and improving the operational ability of acupuncture and tuina specialty for undergraduate interns in acupuncture and tuina.Through the repeated stage assessment of the interns by the supervising teachers with Mini-CEX,the comparison of their own assessment is done before and after the implementation of the teaching reform program.This will help students get to know themselves comprehensively during the internship process,check the gaps in time,and combine"brain"and"hands".Using the guided teaching method to jointly improve the Mini CEX evaluation among the undergraduate interns of the acupuncture and massage major,the results of the teaching reform program are relatively significant through assessment and other indicators.While continuously improving the clinical comprehensive ability of the undergraduate interns of the acupuncture and massage major,it can enable the old teachers to recognize the shortcomings in the teaching process,so as to improve their own teaching methods,improve the teaching quality,and achieve the mutual benefit of teaching and learning,Provide empirical research cases to achieve teaching differentiation and personalization.At the same time,it is of great significance to enrich and improve the theoretical and clinical education theory of medical interns.
