定点集中模式为导向的智能化排班对血透护士工作压力的影响

摘要 目的探讨以定点集中模式为导向的智能化排班对血透室护士工作压力及满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月昆明医科大学附属曲靖医院工作的54名护士作为研究对象,于2019年1—12月采用传统排班法(实施前),于2020年1—12月采用定点集中式排班,在薄弱时段增加护士数量,缓解工作压力(实施后)。比较实施前后护士工作压力情况、排班满意度。结果实施后护士工作压力情况、排班满意度与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以定点集中模式为导向的智能化排班较传统排班合理,能减少因人力资源紧张导致的护士工作压力过大、工作懈怠,能提高护士对排班的满意度,有效便捷进行人力资源配置。 Objective To explore the effect of intelligent shift scheduling based on fixed point centralized mode on the working pressure and satisfaction of nurses in hemodialysis room.Methods 54 nurses working in the hemodialysis room of Qujing Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The traditional shift method was adopted from January to December 2019(before implementation),and the fixed-point centralized shift was adopted from January to December 2020 to increase the number of nurses in weak periods and relieve the work pressure(after implementation).Compared the work pressure and schedule satisfaction of nurses before and after the implementation.Results After implementation,nurses'work pressure,schedule satisfaction compare with before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fixed-point centralized mode oriented intelligent scheduling is more reasonable than the traditional scheduling,which can reduce nurses'excessive work pressure and slack work caused by the shortage of human resources,improve nurses'satisfaction with scheduling,and effectively and conveniently allocate human resources.
