临床实践技能培训与技能中心模拟技能培训结合的一体化标准化教学模式的应用

摘要 目的探究临床实践技能培训与技能中心模拟技能培训结合的一体化标准化教学模式的应用效果。方法选择在重庆市铜梁区人民医院实习的90名医学生为研究对象,2018年10月—2019年10月纳入3批医学生为对照组(n=45名),未接受临床技能一体化标准化教学培训,另外纳入2020年10月—2021年10月3批医学生为研究组(n=45名),进行临床技能中心模拟培训与临床实践技能培训相结合的一体化标准化教学模式,对比两组临床操作技能考核成绩、批判性思维能力、医学生教学满意度评分等。结果研究组临床操作技能考核成绩较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组批判性思维能力评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医学生教学满意度100.00%高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床实践技能培训与技能中心模拟技能培训结合的一体化标准化教学模式可保证教学质量水平,提高医学生临床操作技能考核成绩及批判性思维能力,使其对教学模式感到满意。 Objective To investigate the application effect of the integrated standardized teaching model combining clinical practical skills training and skills center simulation skills training.Methods A total of 90 medical students who practiced in Chongqing Tongliang District People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.In the October 2018 to October 2019 academic year,3 batches of medical students were included as the control group(n=45),and did not receive the integrated standardized teaching training of clinical skills.In addition,3 batches of medical students in the October 2020 to October 2021 academic year were included as the study group(n=45),and the integrated standardized teaching mode combining the simulation training of the clinical skills center and the training of clinical practice skills was carried out.The scores of clinical operation skills,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of medical students were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of clinical operation ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The critical thinking ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of medical students in the study group was 100.00%higher than 82.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated standardized teaching model combining clinical practice skills training and skills center simulation skills training can ensure the quality level of teaching,improve the performance of medical students'clinical operation skills assessment and critical ability,so that they are satisfied with the teaching model.
