“健康丝绸之路”倡议下广西医科院校卫生管理国际化人才培养的困境与对策

Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Cultivating Internationalized Talents in Health Management in Guangxi Medical Colleges under the Initiative of"Health Silk Road"

随着共建“健康丝绸之路”的深入推进,广西医科院校卫生管理国际化人才培养迎来了新的历史机遇,同时也面临课程设置难以适应国际化人才培养需求、师资队伍国际化水平不高、学生出国留学和实践机会少等问题。为了促进卫生管理国际化人才培养,有效满足“健康丝绸之路”建设的人才需求,从优化课程设置、提升师资队伍国际化水平以及增加学生出国留学和实践的机会3个方面提出相应的对策建议。

With the deepening of the construction of the"Health Silk Road",the training of internationalized talents in health management in Guangxi medical colleges and universities has ushered in a new historical opportunity,but at the same time,it also faces problems such as the curriculum is difficult to adapt to the needs of internationalized talents training,the internationalization level of the faculty is not high,and students have few opportunities to study and practice abroad.In order to promote the cultivation of internationalized talents in health management and effectively meet the demand for talents for the construction of the"Health Silk Road",corresponding countermeasures are proposed in three aspects:optimizing the curriculum,improving the internationalization level of the faculty and increasing the opportunities for students to study and practice abroad.
