医护人员心理及睡眠状态分析

Psychological and Sleep State Analysis of Medical Staff

目的分析一线医护人员心理及睡眠状态。方法简单随机抽样法选取2020年2月—2021年1月山东省泰安市东平县人民医院医护人员50名,采用焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI),评估医护人员的心理状态及睡眠状态,分析影响因素。结果50名例医护人员,其中轻度焦虑24名,中度焦虑15名,无焦虑11名;PSQI评分>7分32名,≤7分18名。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示,防控知识掌握一般或较差、未参与灾害应急培训、未处理突发公共卫生事件、未准备充分、没有信心完成任务等是一线医护人员焦虑、睡眠质量差的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论医护人员普遍存在焦虑、睡眠质量差等问题,应高度关注医护人员的身心健康,提高医护人员的综合能力和素质。

Objective To explore and analyze the psychological and sleep state of frontline medical staff.Methods From February 2020 to January 2021,50 medical staff from Dongping County People's Hospital,Tai'an City,Shandong Province were selected by simple random sampling.Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the psychological and sleep status of medical staff and analyze the influencing factors.Results The 50 medical workers including 24 medical staff with mild anxiety,15 medical staff with moderate anxiety and 11 medical staff without anxiety.PSQI score was>7 in 32 medical staff and≤7 in 18 medical staff.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the anxiety and poor sleep quality of front-line medical workers were general or poor knowledge of prevention and control,failure to participate in disaster emergency training,failure to deal with public health emergencies,inadequate preparation and lack of confidence to complete tasks(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff generally have problems such as anxiety and poor sleep quality.Attention should be paid to the physical and mental health of medical staff to improve their comprehensive ability and quality.
