摘要
目的了解放射科医务人员的工作倦怠现状,以帮助放射科医务人员预防或缓解工作倦怠,从而维护其健康,保障患者的就医质量。方法由川北医学院附属医院为主要研究单位,通过横断面设计,于2021年7—8月分层抽取四川省17家医院放射科医务人员165名,以电子MBI问卷对放射科医务人员的倦怠现状进行调查。结果倦怠检出率为72.1%(119/165),其中重度工作倦怠的医务人员占3.0%,中度工作倦怠的医务人员占16.4%,轻度倦怠的医务人员占52.7%。结论放射科医务人员作为高强度工作人群,医院领导及科室管理层应该高度关注其工作倦怠情况,制订相应的预防或缓解措施,以减少放射科医务人员的工作倦怠,防止零倦怠及轻度倦怠的医务人员向中度及重度倦怠转化。
Objective To understand the current situation of job burnout among radiology medical staff,in order to help radiology medical staff prevent or alleviate job burnout,so as to maintain the health of medical staff and guarantee the quality of patient care.Methods 165 medical staff of radiology departments in 17 hospitals in Sichuan Province were stratified by a cross-sectional design from July to August 2021 by the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College as the main study unit,and the current burnout status of radiology medical staff was investigated by an electronic MBI questionnaire.Results The burnout detection rate was 72.1%(119/165),among which 3.0%of medical staff had severe burnout,16.4%had moderate burnout,and 52.7%had mild burnout.Conclusion As a high-intensity work group,the hospital leaders and department management should pay high attention to the burnout situation of radiology medical staff and formulate corresponding preventive or mitigating measures to reduce the burnout of radiology medical staff and prevent the transformation of medical staff with zero and mild burnout to moderate and severe burnout.
