人性化护理管理对产科护士工作压力和护理质量的提升评价

Evaluation of Humanized Nursing Management on the Improvement of Work Stress and Nursing Quality of Obstetric Nurses

目的评价产科护士工作压力与护理质量改善中开展人性化护理管理措施的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年6月湖南省职业病防治院的25名产科护士为研究对象,以落实人性化管理措施前后进行分组,落实前为对照组,落实后为干预组,评价人性化护理管理的应用价值。结果干预组工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组情绪评价分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护士工作管理中,开展人性化护理管理措施,遵循以人为本的理念;合理安排产科护士的工作内容与工作交接班,进一步提升管理效率,同时能够有效促进产科护士焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪优化,进一步提升工作阶段的满意度,优化工作质量。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the application of humanized nursing management measures in the improvement of work stress and nursing care quality of obstetric nurses.Methods From September 2021 to June 2022,25 obstetric nurses from Hunan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were grouped before and after the implementation of humanistic management measures.Before the implementation,they were the control group,and after the implementation,they were the intervention group.The application value of humanistic nursing management was evaluated.Results The job satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the work quality score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of emotion evaluation in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the work management of obstetric nurses,humanized nursing management measures were carried out to follow the concept of human-centeredness.Reasonable arrangement of work content and work handover of obstetric nurses further enhances management efficiency,while it can effectively promote the optimization of anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions of obstetric nurses,further enhance the satisfaction of the work phase and optimize work quality.
