Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Detail Management with Workflow Reorganization for Nursing Quality Management in Sterile Supply Room

目的探讨细节管理配合作业流程重组在消毒供应室护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法枣庄市精神卫生中心于2021年1月开始实施细节管理配合作业流程重组管理,以2020年1月—2021年12月在本院消毒供应室工作的医护人员25名为研究对象,对比实施前(2020年1—12月)与实施后(2021年1—12月)医院消毒供应室护理管理质量改善情况、消毒供应室器械管理质量合格情况、管理满意度、医院感染防控情况。结果实施后消毒供应室护理管理质量各指标评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后消毒供应室器械质量合格率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时实施后住院患者医院感染率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员对护理质量管理的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理配合作业流程重组在提升消毒供应室护理质量中的作用理想。

Objective To explore the effect of detail management with workflow reorganization in the nursing quality management of sterile supply room.Methods Zaozhuang Mental Health Center began to implement detail management with workflow reorganization management in January 2021,and 25 medical and nursing staff working in our sterile supply room from January 2020 to December 2021 were the study subjects,compared the improvement of nursing management quality in the hospital sterile supply room,the qualified quality of sterile supply room instrument management,management satisfaction,and the prevention and control of hospital infection before(from January to December 2020)and after(from January to December 2021)the implementation.Results The scores of all indicators of sterile supply room nursing management quality after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the qualification rate of sterile supply room instrument quality after implementation was higher than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospital infection rate of inpatients was also lower after implementation than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of nursing staff with nursing quality management was higher after implementation than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The role of detail management with workflow reorganization in improving nursing quality in the sterile supply room is ideal.
