血液透析中心护理管理中应用绩效考核与激励机制对护士工作满意度及工作积极性的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Applying Performance Appraisal and Incentive Mechanism on Nurses'Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation in Nursing Management of Hemodialysis Center

摘要 目的分析血液透析中心护理管理中应用绩效考核与激励机制对护士工作满意度及工作积极性的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年2月应城市人民医院血液透析中心的40名护士。按照管理模式不同分为两组,于2020年1月—2021年1月实施常规管理,作为对照组;2021年2月—2022年2月应用绩效考核与激励机制实施管理,作为观察组。比较护士对管理模式的满意度、绩效考核成绩以及护理工作缺陷发生情况。结果观察组工作满意度(95.00%),显著高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组绩效考核成绩得分(97.05±0.43)分显著高于对照组(88.62±0.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士医疗器械清洁不合格、未做好下接班护士用物准备、患者资料登记不完整、床单元未符合要求、治疗车未保持整洁的护理工作缺陷总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析中心护理管理中应用绩效考核与激励机制后,护士工作满意度显著提高,工作积极性显著提升,护理工作缺陷发生率显著降低。 Objective To analyze the effect of applying performance appraisal and incentive mechanism on nurses'job satisfaction and work motivation in nursing management of hemodialysis center.Methods 40 nurses in the hemodialysis center of Yingcheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected for this study.The nurses were divided into two groups according to the different management modes,They were managed conventionally from January 2020 to January 2021 as the control group,They were managed by applying performance appraisal and incentive mechanism from February 2021 to February 2022 as the observation group.The nurses'satisfaction with the management model,performance appraisal scores,and the occurrence of nursing deficiencies were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of performance evaluation in the observation group(97.05±0.43)points was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.62±0.47)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing defects in the observation group,such as unqualified cleaning of medical instruments,failure to prepare for the use of next shift nurses,incomplete registration of patient data,unqualified bed units,and untidy treatment vehicles was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After applying performance appraisal and incentive mechanism in nursing management of hemodialysis center,nurses'job satisfaction was significantly improved,their work motivation was significantly increased,and the incidence of nursing work defects was significantly reduced.
