人性化护理管理在心血管护理中的应用效果探讨

Exploring the Effect of Humanized Nursing Management in Cardiovascular Nursing

目的探讨分析人性化护理管理在心血管护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月对山西省长治医学院附属和平医院心血管内科的20名责任护士进行分组管理,对照组10名责任护士采用常规护理管理,观察组的10名责任护士采用人性化护理管理,对比两组护理质量评分、管理依从度,以及管理满意度情况。结果观察组责任护士的护理安全、病房管理、护理记录以及护理服务质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理依从度各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管护理中,实施人性化护理管理的效果显著,在提升护理人员管理依从性的同时对提升护理管理满意度均有显著效果,同时可提升护理工作质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of humanized nursing management in cardiovascular nursing management.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,20 responsible nurses in the cardiovascular department of Heping Hospital affiliated to Shanxi Changzhi Medical College were selected for group management,the 10 responsible nurses of patients in the control group used conventional nursing management,and the 10 responsible nurses in the observation group used humanized nursing management.The nursing quality scores,staff management compliance,and staff management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing safety,ward management,nursing records and nursing service quality scores of the responsible nurses were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was higher than the control group in the comparison of each compliance index of nursing staff management compliance,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of nursing staff management satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%higher than 50.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In cardiovascular nursing,the implementation of humanized nursing management is effective,and it has a significant effect on enhancing nursing management satisfaction while improving nursing staff management compliance,and it can also improve nursing work quality.
