某地区幼儿园教师及家长对手足口病相关知识的知晓率及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Knowledge Rate and Influencing Factors of the Knowledge of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease among Kindergarten Teachers and Parents in a District

目的探索影响幼儿园教师及家长对手足口病相关知识知晓率的相关因素。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月某地区幼儿园的80名教师及家长作为研究对象,对其手足口病相关知识的知晓情况、影响因素以及疾病知识需求开展分析。结果80名教师及家长对手足口病知晓率为63.75%,幼儿园类型、职业、文化程度、年龄、是否患过手足口病均影响手足口病相关知识知晓率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:文化程度、是否患过手足口病属于手足口病相关知识知晓率的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论幼儿园教师及家长对手足口病相关疾病知识知晓率相对较低,其影响因素较多,需要加强重视力度,全面普及预防知识和技能,以降低疾病发病率。

Objective To explore the relevant factors influencing the knowledge rate of kindergarten teachers and parents about hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 80 teachers and parents from a kindergarten in a region from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects to analyze their awareness of hand foot mouth disease related knowledge,influencing factors and disease knowledge needs.Results The awareness rate of 80 teachers and parents about HFMD was 63.75%.The influence of kindergarten type,occupation,education level,age and whether they had HFMD were all affected the awareness rate of HFMD related knowledge,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic analysis shows that the education level and whether or not having hand foot mouth disease were influencing factors of the awareness rate of hand foot mouth disease(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge rate of kindergarten teachers and parents about HFMD-related diseases was relatively low,and there were many influencing factors,which need to be strengthened and popularize prevention knowledge and skills in order to reduce the reduction of disease incidence.
