健康中国背景下直属附属医院对医学实习生融入“四史”教育的探索与思考

摘要 对医学实习生融入“四史”教育是直属附属医院医学教育教学改革的重要举措,也是培养中国新时代医学人才的重要途径之一。在健康中国背景下、在院校合作的基础上,探索对医学实习生创新性融入“四史”教育教学模式,能有效增进医学生的职业责任感和历史使命感,对培养具有德才兼备、顽强拼搏、甘于奉献的医学人才有着价值引领作用。 The integration of"four histories"education for medical interns is an important initiative of medical education and teaching reform in directly affiliated hospitals and one of the important ways to train medical talents in the new era of China.In the context of healthy China and on the basis of cooperation between institutions,exploring the innovative mode of integrating"Four Histories"education for medical interns can effectively enhance medical students'sense of professional responsibility and historical mission,and has a value-led role in cultivating medical talents with both moral and talent,tenacity and dedication.
