摘要 知识、技能、素质和能力结合的机器人实验教学,是培养新工科创新人才的重要手段。针对实体机器人实验教学成本较高、难以同时大规模实验等问题,开展机器人虚拟仿真实验教学。以写字任务驱动的机器人虚拟仿真实验设计及应用为例,详述交互性强的写字机器人虚拟仿真实验教学系统构建过程。在此基础上,围绕机器人运动学求解、轨迹规划、运动控制等知识要点,形成能力达成导向的示教型、设计型、综合型、创新型的开放性实验内容,面向大学生“机器人控制实践”课程教学并为中学生科普活动提供服务。结果表明,任务驱动的机器人虚拟仿真实验教学,能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣和创新意识,培养学生拓展迁移知识解决实际工程问题的能力。 Robot experiment teaching,which combines knowledge,skills,quality and ability,is an important means to cultivate innovative talents in new engineering education.Aiming at the problems that the experiment teaching cost using real robot is expensive and it is difficult to carry out experiments on a large scale at the same time,the robot virtual simulation experiment teaching is carried out in this paper.Taking the design and application of writing-task-driven robot virtual simulation experiment as an example,we detail the process of building a high interactive writing robot virtual simulation experiment teaching system.Then different kinds of experiment contents about robot kinematics,trajectory planning,motion control and other knowledge are designed.The system is applied to the course of robot control practice for college students and the popular science activities for middle school students.The implementation results show that the proposed method effectively stimulates students’ learning interest and innovation consciousness,and cultivate the ability to expand and transfer their knowledge to solve practical engineering problems.
