线上线下混合式注塑模具拆装实验教学改革研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对线上或线下独立开展注塑模具拆装实验的局限性,该文提出了线上线下混合的注塑模具拆装实验教学改革的新方法。通过引入虚拟仿真项目并利用在线课程教学管理平台,基于数据驱动,构建了集课前预习、仿真模拟操作、成绩综合评价、互动答疑等全流程闭环的线上运行系统,可实现对个体的客观、准确、全面的综合评价,有利于统一课程执行标准,可显著提高教学开展质量及效率。所提出的教学改革方法经实践检验,取得了较好的运行及教学效果。 In view of the limitations existing in both the experimental and the simulation methods used in conducting an injection mold dismantling and assembly experiment,a new method combined with experiments and simulations was suggested to reform the teaching model in this paper.With the introduction of the virtual simulation projects and the online teaching and management platform,based on data driven,a online operation system for experimental teaching process was built with preparations of class,operations of simulation,all-round evaluations for individuals,and online interactions,etc.can be implemented.The new teaching reform contributes to fulfill a uniform standard of the course and the evaluation mechanism characterized by objectiveness,accuracy,and comprehensiveness,which will undoubtedly enhance the teaching performance and efficiency.The reform of teaching was also proved by actual practice with a good result.
