摘要
叉车是现代工业生产不可缺少的重要设备,工作中由于复杂地形以及操作人员误操作,可能会出现侧翻工况,从而对叉车及操作人员人身安全造成严重影响。针对平衡重式叉车的防侧翻问题,文中分析业界近期提出的几种防侧翻分级控制算法,并提出几点建议,为进一步研究平衡重式叉车防侧翻提供参考。
Forklift is an indispensable and important equipment in modern industrial production.Due to the complex terrain and misoperation of operators,rollover may occur during work,which will seriously affect the personal safety of forklift and operators.In view of the anti rollover problem of counterweight forklift,this paper analyzes several anti rollover hierarchical control algorithms proposed by the industry recently,and puts forward some suggestions,which provide reference for further research on anti rollover of counterweight forklift.
