摘要 电梯限速器是电梯安全保护系统中的核心部件之一,是电梯失速时的最终保护装置。因此,限速器动作的有效性和可靠性在电梯运行中所起的作用至关重要。电梯用限速器每两年需要校验一次,以确保其动作的安全性。目前,主流限速器校验方法采用脱绳法,通过外部驱动调速装置接触式驱动使限速器运转、均匀加速,限速器带动紧靠其的速度传感器测定其转速来进行校验,耗时耗力,校验结果的精确性和多次测量的数据稳定性备受质疑。文中以视觉算法、图像识别技术为基础,探讨在非接触式的前提下实现对电梯限速器进行精准、高效校验的可行性。 Elevator speed governor is one of the core components of an elevator’s protection system,which is the uiltimate protective device when it stalls.Therefore,the effectiveness and reliability of speed governor is of great importance in elevator operation.It needs to be checked every two years to ensure safety.At present,the main checking method is taking-off the rope.It is a contact drive that requires external-driven speed-regulating device to make the speed governor operate and accelerate uniformly,and the speed governor drives a speed sensor next to it to measure its speed for calibration,which is labor-intensive and time-consuming,and its accuracy and data stability have been questioned.Therefore,this study tries to explore the feasibility of the precise and effective calibration of speed governor on the premise of non-contact method,based on vision algorithm and image recognition technology.
