摘要
随着建筑产业转型升级的深入推进和数字建造的发展,建筑信息模型(以下简称BIM)技术不仅是实现数字建造的关键技术,也为创新创业提供了更多可能。分析高职院校土建专业BIM技术技能人才和创新创业人才的培养现状,提出“BIM+双创”融合的课程体系建设、师资团队建设、教学资源建设和三阶段培养模式等培养策略,并结合实例进行培养成效分析。
With the deepening of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,Building Information Modeling(BIM)is not only the key to achieve digital construction,but also provides more opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the analysis of current training situation of BIM talents and innovation talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward a series of cultivation strategies,such as the construction of“BIM plus innovation and entrepreneurship”curriculum system,the construction of teaching teams,the construction of teaching resources and the Three-stage Training Mode,and selects an example to analyze its training effect.
