文化传承与生态文明导向下的历史水系空间管控研究——以大运河无锡段为例

Historical Water Space Governance in the Context of Cultural Inheritance and Ecological Civilization:Wuxi Section of the Great Canal

历史水系空间是传承城乡历史文化的重要载体。随着生态文明理念的不断深入,历史水系空间管控成为保障国土空间可持续发展的重要任务。文章基于大运河江南运河段的流域特征,以无锡段为例,归纳了江南运河段历史水系空间管控存在的主要问题,探索了基于文化传承、生态修复、可持续发展视角的历史水系空间管控基本思路和技术方法,并明确了管控措施,以期为历史水系空间管控政策的设计提供借鉴。

Historical water space is an important carrier of urban and rural cultures.As ecological civilization construction advances,historical water space governance has become an important mission in territorial space sustainable development.Based on the characters of southern Jiangsu part of the Great Canal,the paper takes Wuxi section as an example,concludes major problems of historical water space governance,studies the basic concept,technical methods,and management measures of historical water space governance for cultural inheritance,ecological recovery,and sustainable development,and provides a reference for policy design of historical water space governance.
