Refining and chemical enterprises need to cooperate with suppliers through bidding in important work such as material and raw material procurement. With more and more transparent market competition, refining and chemical enterprises and related enterprises also have many problems in bidding management that cannot be ignored, which leads to poor quality of bidding management and affects the daily work of refining and chemical enterprises. This paper analyzes some common problems in the bidding work of refining and chemical enterprises, and puts forward some optimization measures to improve the bidding work quality of refining and chemical enterprises according to the current market environment.
