摘要
新时代,在各个建设项目中必须要保持高度的监管,避免产生人为的水土流失现象。按照《中华人民共和国水土保持法》等法律的要求,2020年,水利部发布通知,明确根据监督工作的实际情况,重点关注水土保持监测结果,提前三次评估为绿色生产建设项目,并且要对实际的真实性做出检验。在实施生产建设项目时必须符合水利部的要求。基于此,文章对水土保持监测三色评价在铁路项目的应用进行研究。
In new era, in the context of “ecological civilization construction”, the construction unit should actively implement the Water and Soil Conservation Law in the process of railway construction to avoid man-made water and soil loss. In accordance with the requirements of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Water and Soil Conservation and other laws, the Ministry of Water Resources issued a notice in 2020, specifying that, according to the actual situation of the supervision work, it should focus on the monitoring results of water and soil conservation, evaluate it as a green production and construction project three times in advance, and check the authenticity of the actual situation. The implementation of production and construction projects must meet the requirements of the Ministry of Water Resources. Based on this, this paper studies the application of three color evaluation of soil and water conservation monitoring in railway projects.
