摘要
某炼厂由于苯乙烯装置尾气压缩机汽轮机汽封漏气,导致汽轮机轴位移偏大,轴温偏高,影响压缩机运行。为保障装置后续稳定高效运行,需停工对C301汽轮机进行检修消除隐患。经过统筹安排,提前编制开停工方案、协同预测、总体网络,并及时与运行部门核对“备忘录”“一点一策”等相关资料。“以安全环保为前提,以过程节能为补充”,将开停工过程以小时进行预测,确保装置开停过程“安全、平稳、高效、绿色、节能”。
Due to the leakage of the steam seal of the tail gas compressor of the styrene unit in a refinery, the displacement of the turbine shaft is larger and the shaft temperature is higher, which affects the operation of the compressor. In order to ensure the subsequent stable and efficient operation of the device, it is necessary to stop work to overhaul the C301 turbine to eliminate hidden dangers. After the overall arrangement, prepare the opening and shutdown plan, collaborative prediction and overall network in advance, and check the relevant information of “memorandum” “one policy by one” with the operation department in time. “To safety and environmental protection as the premise, to the process of energy saving as a supplement” will be the start and stop process in hours to predict, to ensure the start and stop process of the device “safe, stable, efficient, green, energy saving”.
