摘要
文章首先介绍了加氢装置循环氢换热器出入口压降上升的经过,通过具体分析认为装置新氢中的重整氢携带氯离子是造成压降升高的主要原因,其次介绍了相关应对措施及实施效果,最后总结出了类似事故的处理建议。
This paper first introduces the rise of pressure drop at the entrance and exit of the circulating hydrogen heat exchanger of the hydrogenation device. Through specific analysis, the reforming hydrogen carrying chloride ion in the new hydrogen of the device is the main reason for the increase of pressure drop. Secondly, the relevant countermeasures and implementation effects are introduced, and finally the treatment suggestions for similar accidents are summarized.
