水通道蛋白5在免疫调控中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 水通道蛋白5(aquaporin 5,AQP5)作为一个多次跨膜通道蛋白,在多个器官中表达,在水分子的跨膜转运中发挥着重要的生理和病理作用。已有的研究提示,AQP5在感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等疾病的免疫应答中可能发挥重要作用。本文就AQP5在炎症免疫、感染免疫和肿瘤免疫的相关研究进展进行综述,以期指导临床诊疗。 Aquaporin 5(AQP5),as a multi-pass transmembrane membrane channel protein,is expressed in variety of organs,and functions both physiologically and pathologically by facilitating the transmembrane transfer of water molecules.According to previous researches,AQP5 could be crucial for the immune system’s defense against cancers,autoimmune disorders,infectious diseases,and other conditions.In order to provid valuable guidance clinical diagnosis and therapy,this study summarizes the AQP5 research progresses in inflammatory immunity,infection immunity,and tumor immunity.
