一种垃圾焚烧飞灰解毒渣制备砂浆墙板的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用垃圾焚烧飞灰解毒渣制备砂浆和墙板,对其安全性能进行评价。结果表明,随着水泥增加,飞灰解毒渣减少,砂浆和墙板的抗折、抗压强度和容重均逐渐增加,当水泥加入量为40%,飞灰解毒渣为60%时,砂浆的抗折、抗压强度和容重分别达到2.526 MPa、12.18 MPa、1386 kg/m^(3),满足GB/T 25181-2019中DM10.0级、DP10级要求;当水泥加入量为40%,飞灰解毒渣为30%,石英砂为30%时,砂浆抗折、抗压强度和容重分别为4.642 MPa、19.23 MPa、1692 kg/m^(3),强度能达到GB/T 25181-2019中DM15级、DP15级要求;当水泥加入量为50%,飞灰解毒渣为45%时,墙板的抗折、抗压强度和容重分别为2.536 MPa、8.37 MPa、1166 kg/m^(3),能够满足JC/T 169-2016要求;砂浆和墙板中Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn的浸出质量浓度均远低于GB 5083.3-2007要求,安全性好。本研究为垃圾焚烧飞灰处理提供了一种新的途径。 The mortar and wallboard were prepared from fly ash detoxification residue of garbage incineration and their safety performances evaluation were studied.The results show that with the increase of cement and the decrease of waste incineration fly ash detoxification residue,the flexural,compressive strength and bulk density of mortar and wallboard gradually increase.When the cement content is 40%and the waste incineration fly ash detoxification residue is 60%,the flexural and compressive strength and bulk density of mortar can reach 2.526 MPa,12.18 MPa and 1386 kg/m^(3),which can meet the requirements of DM10.0 and DP10 in GB/T 25181-2019;When the cement content is 40%,the fly ash detoxification residue is 30%,and the quartz sand is 30%,the flexural,compressive strength and bulk density of the mortar are 4.642 MPa and 19.23 MPa,1692 kg/m^(3),the strength can meet the requirements of DM15 and DP15 in GB/T 25181-2019;When the cement content is 50%and the fly ash detoxification residue is 45%,the flexural and compressive strength and bulk density of the wallboard are 2.536 MPa,8.37 MPa and 1166 kg/m^(3),which can meet the requirements of JC/T 169-2016;The leaching concentrations of Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb and Zn in mortar and wallboard are far lower than the requirements of GB 5083.3-2007,which have good security.This research provides a new way for the treatment of waste incineration fly ash.
