摘要
薄板坯连铸连轧流程具有不同于传统热连轧流程的特点,因此非常适于生产高质量的中高碳钢板带。CSP产线生产薄规格中高碳钢代表品种65Mn时存在卸卷后的扁卷问题,影响后工序产品质量、成材率及生产效率。65Mn的扁卷原因涉及相变和力学两方面因素。通过分析65Mn的扁卷机理,并结合65Mn钢扁卷控制实践,发现基于不同的卷取温度和卷取张力值,65Mn钢控制工艺存在“非扁卷区间”;另外,薄规格65Mn还存在内圈优先相变的问题,需对卷取二扩值进行相应的调整。将理论分析与现场参数相结合,指导65Mn钢扁卷控制,取得良好效果。
Thin slab continuous casting and rolling process(TSCR)has different characteristics from conventional hot rolling process.These characteristics make the TSCR process very suitable for producing high-quality medium and high carbon steel strip.Thin gauge 65Mn,the representative grade of medium and high carbon steel produced by CSP production line,has the problem of coil collapse,which affects the product quality,yield and production efficiency in the subsequent process.The reason of coil collapse involves two factors:phase transformation and mechanics.By analyzing the coil collapse mechanism of 65Mn and combined with the coil collapse control practice of 65Mn,it is found that there is a“no collapse range”based on different coiling temperature and coiling tension.In addition,there is a problem of preferential phase transformation in the inner turn of thin gauge 65Mn,and the secondary expansion value of coiler needs to be adjusted accordingly.Theoretical analysis and field parameters are combined to guide the coil collapse control of 65Mn,and good results are achieved.
