摘要
目的观察白介素-17(IL-17)、白介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)与血脂在变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清中的表达,并探讨血脂与上述指标及AR疾病之间的可能关系。方法选取2021年4月至2022年6月在首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院诊治的160例AR患者(其中60例合并支气管哮喘)作为病例组。选取同期进行健康体检的100例健康志愿者作为健康对照组。比较AR患者及健康对照组血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及IL-17、IL-4、IFN-γ、总IgE(TIgE)水平的差异,并分析上述指标间可能的相关性。结果AR患者IL-17、IL-4、TIgE及TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著高于健康对照组,IFN-γ及HDL-C水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05),合并支气管哮喘患者的IL-17、TIgE、TC、LDL-C较单纯AR组高,IL-4、IFN-γ较单纯AR组低(P<0.05);AR患者中女性的TC、LDL-C的水平低于男性(P<0.05);血清TC、LDL-C的表达与IL-17、IL-4及TIgE呈正相关,HDL-C与上述指标呈负相关;单纯AR组内HDL-C与IFN-γ呈正相关,TG与IL-17及TIgE呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血脂可能参与了AR的发病过程,其水平的变化可能与IL-17、IL-4、IFN-γ及TIgE具有一定相关性,诱导免疫反应从Th1向Th2细胞方向转变,对AR的发生发展产生影响。
Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-gamma(IFN--γ)and blood lipids in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR),and to explore the possible relationship between blood lipids and these indexes and AR disease.Methods A total of 160 patients with AR(60 patients with bronchial asthma)diagnosed and treated in Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from April,2021 to June,2022 were selected as the case group.100 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and IL-17,IL-4,IFN-γand TIgE were compared between patients with AR and healthy controls,and the possible correlations among these indexes were analyzed.Results Levels of IL-17,IL-4,TIgE,TC,TG and LDL-C in patients with AR were significantly higher than those in healthy controls,while levels of IFN-γand HDL-C were lower than those in healthy controls.Levels of IL-17,TIgE,TC and LDL-C in patients with bronchial asthma were higher,while IL-4 and IFN-γwere lower in patients with bronchial asthma than those in simple AR group,and levels of TC and LDL-C in female patients with AR were lower than those in male patients.The expression of serum TC and LDL-C was positively correlated with IL-17,IL-4 and TIgE,while HDL-C was negatively correlated with the above-mentioned indexes.In AR group,HDL-C was positively correlated with IFN-γ,while TG was positively correlated with IL-17 and TIgE.Conclusion Blood lipids may be involved in the pathogenesis of AR,and changes of blood lipids could be related to IL-17,IL-4,IFN-γand TIgE.It can induce the transformation of immune response from Th1 to Th2 cell response and affect the occurrence and development of AR.
