摘要 针对3250 mm薄板坯连铸机生产包晶钢、中碳合金钢连铸坯纵裂纹多、结晶器粘结报警频繁问题,通过对保护渣成分组成、熔点、黏度、结晶温度等理化指标进行持续优化,铸坯裂纹发生率由10.46%降低到1.16%,结晶器粘结报警率降低87.5%,连铸坯红送率高达86%,连铸坯送轧后的裂纹改判率降至0.52%,属于国内领先水平。 For the problems of many longitudinal cracks on the slab of peritectic steel and medium carbon alloy steel,frequent mold sticking alarms in 3250 mm thin slab continuous caster,continuous optimization is carried out on the physical and chemical indexes such as the composition,melting point,viscosity,crystallization temperature of mold powder,after which the cracking rate is reduced from 10.46%to 1.16%,the mold sticking alarm rate is reduced by 87.5%,the slab hot delivery rate is up to 86%,the rejudging rate of steel plate due to cracks is down to 0.52%as the domestic leading level.
