宽厚板轧机弯辊块快速更换的研究与应用

Research and Application of Rapid Changing of Roll Bending Block in Wide and Heavy Plate Mill

针对宽厚板轧机弯辊块更换作业难度大、不易吊装、更换耗时长等问题,设计了一种轧机弯辊块快速更换装置,主动小车放置于工作辊换辊轨道上方,并借助工作辊换辊小车驱动,功能小车通过其内设的提升装置及横移装置实现弯辊块的快速拆解、转运及安装作业,避免在受限空间吊装作业。操作简便,安全可靠,能够有效地提高轧机弯辊块的更换效率。

Focusing on the problems such as much difficulty in changing,lifting and longer replacing time of roll bending block,a rapid changing device of roll bending block is designed for plate mill,the master trolley of the device is placed over the work roll changing rail and driven by the work roll changing trolley,the roll bending block is rapidly disassembled,transfered and re-assembled by the function trolley via the built-in lifting device and cross moving device,which avoids the lifting and assembling operation in the limited space.The operation is simple,convenient,safe and reliable,which can effectively improve the changing efficiency of the roll bending block for the plate mill.
