Research progress on the indicator microorganisms of virus inactivation effect in air

空气消毒是切断病毒经空气传播的有效措施之一,基于实验室生物安全要求,无法在实验室直接用传染病病原体进行空气消毒效果评价,一般使用具有代表性的指示微生物进行效果评价。本文就国内外对空气中病毒灭活效果指示微生物的研究进展进行综述。

Air disinfection is an effective measure to cut off the airborne transmission of the virus.Air disinfection effect of infectious pathogens cannot be directly evaluated because of the laboratory biosafety requirements.Generally,representative indicator microorganisms are used for effect evaluation.In this article,the domestic and foreign research progress of microorganisms that indicate the inactivation effect of viruses in the air was reviewed.
