珠江河口演变与治理保护探讨

Study on the Pearl River Estuary protection and management associated with morphological progresses

受自然和人类活动的影响,近年来珠江河口演变呈现新情势,分析了珠江河口近期演变特征及其对水安全的影响,探讨了珠江河口治理与保护策略。研究显示,在人类活动影响下河口演变打破河口自然的冲淤平衡,对河口防洪、供水、水环境水生态产生了深远的影响。河口演变事关河口防洪、供水和水生态环境安全,新时期河口治理与保护需强化“水沙”和“河床”在河口水安全保障的基础作用,满足河口防洪保安全、优质水资源、宜居水环境、健康水生态的全面水安全保障的需要。

Morphological changes have presented in the Pearl River Estuary during the last several decades by natural impacts and intensive human activities.The morphological progresses of the Pearl River Estuary were detected in this study.The influence of estuarine morphology progresses on water security was analyzed,and the estuarine management and protection strategies were explored.The results show that the equilibrium state between deposition and scour was disappear due to intensive human activities,which exerts remarkable impacts on flood protection,fresh water supply and water ecological environment.Therefore,the morphological processes play an important role on the estuarine water security.The Pearl River management in the new era should put more emphasis on water and sediment adjustment and riverbed morphology,in order to meet the demand of flood protection,water ecology,water environment and water resource.
