城镇老旧社区改造融入文化元素,是国家对社区改造的基本要求。当前已经实施改造的老旧社区,大多局限于物质层面改造,而缺乏正能量的文化传播,以至于居民对社区的认可度与亲和度有待进一步提高。据此,以社会主义核心价值观作为选择文化元素的准则与指导思想,将传统地域习俗、流芳千古的民间故事与贴近居民生活的社区文化,融合提炼成通俗易懂的文化作品,通过小品、植物配置等形式生动直观地镶嵌到社区环境改造中。从而让正能量的文化元素植入社区人们的起居生活,实现和谐构建社会正能量宣传的新途径。

The reconstruction of old urban communities needs to integrate cultural elements, which is the basic requirement of the country for community reconstruction. At present, the old urban communities that have been transformed are mostly confined to the material level and lack positive cultural communication, so that residents’ recognition of and affinity to the community need to be further improved. Accordingly, with the socialist core values as the principle and the guiding ideology of selecting cultural elements, the traditional local customs, lasting folk stories and community culture amid the residents should be integrated into popular and easy-to-understand cultural works which could be vividly embedded into the community environmental transformation in such forms as sketches and plant configurations. Therefore, positive cultural elements can be planted into the people’s life in the community, and this is a new way to build a harmonious society with positive energy.
