摘要
分别采用生长速率法、凹玻片法研究百里酚对6种常见的植物病原真菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的影响,明确百里酚对病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明,百里酚50μg/mL处理对枸杞根腐病菌和苹果腐烂病菌的抑制率分别为90.4%和82.8%,百里酚对上述两种病菌的EC_(50)分别为29.34μg/mL和29.10μg/mL,表现出比对照药剂百菌清更高的菌丝生长抑制活性;经百里酚处理后,真菌菌丝出现不同程度的断裂现象;百里酚对病原菌孢子萌发也具有抑制作用,抑制效果随处理浓度的增加而增强。
The antifungal activity of thymol on mycelia growth and spore germination of six phytopathogenic fungi were studied by the growth rate method and concave slide method. The results indicated that the inhibition rates of 50 μg/mL thymol against Fusarium solani and Valsa mali were 90.4% and 82.8%, the EC_(50) of thymol on the two pathogens were 29.34 μg/mL and 29.10 μg/mL, respectively. Thymol showed a higher mycelial growth inhibition activity than chlorothalonil, a commercially available agriculture fungicide. The fungal mycelium showed discontinuity and segmentation after thymol treatment. As for tested phytopathogenic fungi, thymol also showed inhibitory effects on spore germination,and the inhibitory effect increased with the treatment concentration.
