山楂核化学成分、药理作用及应用研究进展

Research progress in chemical ingredients,pharmacological activities and application of hawthorn seeds

目的总结山楂核的化学成分、药理作用及应用情况,为其进一步研究奠定基础。方法对56篇山楂核相关文献进行研究,整理归纳山楂核化学成分、药理作用及应用研究进展。结果山楂核化学成分主要为木脂素类、简单苯丙素类、黄酮类、挥发性组分和其他类成分。山楂核提取物及其成分具有抗氧化、调节血脂、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎和神经保护等药理作用;此外,山楂核干馏油已应用于生产食品添加剂和抗菌消毒产品。结论山楂核所含化学成分丰富,药理作用多样,在预防和治疗心脑血管疾病、消化道疾病、抗衰老等方面具有广阔的发展前景。

Objective To summarize the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and applications of hawthorn seeds.Methods The chemical and pharmacological progress on hawthorn seeds was summarized based on 53 related literatures.Results Lignans and simple phenylpropanoids are two major ingredients identified from hawthorn seeds as well as flavonoids,alkanes,fatty acids and their esters.The pharmacological activities of hawthorn seed extract and their ingredients mainly include antioxidation,blood lipid regulation,antibacterium,anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,neuroprotection,etc..In addition,dry distillated oil of hawthorn seeds have been applied in food additives,antibacterial disinfection products,etc.Conclusion Hawthorn seeds contain varieties of chemical components with multiple obvious pharmacological activities which exhibit prospects in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,digestive tract diseases,and aging.
