中外图书情报领域健康信息研究对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Health Information Research in the Field of Library and Information Science between China and Abroad

文章以CNKI和web of science数据库收录的文献为分析样本,构建高频关键词共现网络,从研究跨学科性、研究主题社区划分和主题发展态势三个方面探究中外图书情报领域健康信息研究的现状。研究发现国内研究主题社区有健康信息服务、健康信息素养、在线健康社区和健康信息搜寻,国外研究主题社区有电子健康记录系统和健康信息行为和素养,中外研究主题之间既有相似之处也有区别,国外研究注重利用计算机技术解决临床现实问题,新冠肺炎、社交媒体等是未来研究热点,国内研究跨学科发文占比不及国外,健康焦虑、健康风险等是未来研究热点。

Taking the documents collected in CNKI and web of science databases as analysis samples,this paper constructs a high-frequency keyword co-occurrence network,and explores the current situation of health information research in the field of library and information science between China and abroad from three aspects:interdisciplinary research,division of research theme community and theme development trend.It is found that the domestic research topics mainly include health information service,health information literacy,online health community and health information seeking,while the foreign research topics mainly include electronic health record systems and health information behavior and literacy.There are both similarities and differences between China and abroad research topics.Foreign research focuses on using computer technology to solve practical clinical problems.COVID-19 and social media are the hot topics of future research.The proportion of interdisciplinary papers issued by domestic research is less than that of foreign research.Health anxiety and health risk are the hot topics of future research.
