摘要
人才是乡村振兴的关键支撑,经营村庄人才属于乡村治理人才范畴,是乡村人才振兴重要的组成部分。经营村庄人才队伍建设是人才振兴、治理村庄、乡村发展的必然要求。经营村庄人才队伍存在经营人才严重缺乏、培育体系不完善、引进人才缺乏有效保障等主要问题。在厘清现状、问题的前提下,提出了搭建平台育人才、广辟渠道引人才、制定政策留人才三大对策建议。
Talent is the key support of rural revitalization, management of village talent belongs to the category of rural governance talent, is an important part of rural talent revitalization. The construction of village talents team is an inevitable requirement for the development of villages and villages. There are some major problems in the management of village talents, such as serious shortage of management talents, imperfect training system and lack of effective guarantee for the introduction of talents. On the premise of clarifying the current situation and problems, this paper puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions of building a platform to educate talents, opening wide channels to attract talents, and formulating policies to retain talents.
