摘要
设计了一套完善的氦气回收纯化控制系统,该控制系统基于DCS(分布式控制系统)设计,采用PLC S7-400H为主控制器建立冗余控制网络,并通过ET 200M构建分布式I/O系统。有效解决了回收纯化系统监控采集信号种类及控制点位多等问题,实现了氦气回收、纯化及存储整个过程的自动控制和系统的安全保护。经过多轮调试,控制系统满足设计要求并且运行状态稳定。
A complete control system for helium recovery and purification was designed.Its design was based on DCS(Distributed Control System),adopting PLC S7-400 H as the main controller to establish a redundant control network and constructing the distributed I/O system through ET 200 M.It effectively solves the problems that there are many types of signals and control points collected by the system monitor, thus realizing the automatic control and system safety protection of the whole process of helium recovery, purification and storage.After several debugging, the control system meets the design requirements and runs stably.
