初探章永红教授扶正治癌思想

Professor Zhang Yonghong’s Thought of Reinforcing Healthy Qi in the Treatment of Cancer

恶性肿瘤已成为中国人群的主要死亡原因之一,严重威胁着人民群众的生命健康,给公共卫生系统带来了沉重的负担。目前临床治疗肿瘤常用的西医手段包括手术、放化疗、靶向治疗及免疫检查点抑制剂等,中医中药在改善肿瘤患者生活质量、减轻肿瘤并发症、降低放化疗毒副反应、逆转靶向药物耐药等方面显示有一定的优势,中西医结合治疗肿瘤越来越受到国内医生的重视。秉承中医药“传承精华、守正创新”的发展观,本文通过归纳总结章永红教授治疗肿瘤经验,进一步发扬名老中医药专家学术思想。章老师认为恶性肿瘤属于“虚毒”为患,虚为病之根、毒为病之害,强调“内在本虚”在肿瘤发病中的地位,临证中始终主张“扶正是根本”,秉承“全力扶正,尽力抗癌”的理念。现将章老师扶正治癌思想叙述如下,共飨同道,并附验案一则,以供参考。

Malignant tumors have become one of the main causes of death in the Chinese population,seriously threatening the lives and health of people and bringing a heavy burden to the public health system.The western medicine methods commonly used in the clinical treatment of tumors include surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and immune checkpoint inhibitors.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain advantages in improving the quality of life of tumor patients,mitigating tumor complications,reducing the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and reversing the resistance to targeted drugs.Therefore,more and more domestic doctors begin to pay attention to integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of tumors.Adhering to the development concept of“inheriting the essence,upholding integrity and innovation”of TCM,this paper aims to develop the academic ideas of famous TCM experts by summing up Professor Zhang Yonghong’s experience in treating tumors.Professor Zhang believes that malignant tumors are caused by deficiency and toxin,which are the root and harm of diseases,respectively.He emphasizes the role of intrinsic deficiency in the incidence of tumors.He advocates that reinforcing healthy qi is the root and adheres to the concept of with all efforts to reinforce healthy qi in the clinical treatment of tumors.We described Professor Zhang’s thoughts on treating cancer and reported a case for reference.
