左金疏肝散治疗胃食管反流病肝胃郁热证的回顾性研究

A Retrospective Study of Zuojin Shugan Powder in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Refux Disease with Heat Stagnation in Liver and Stomach Syndrome

目的探究左金疏肝散治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)肝胃郁热证的临床疗效。方法对88例GERD肝胃郁热证患者进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法分为治疗组(58例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用左金疏肝散治疗,对照组采用雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)评分和中医证候积分。结果治疗4周及治疗8周后,治疗组RDQ评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);在中医证候疗效方面,疗程4周后,治疗组的总有效率(53.45%)显著高于对照组(13.33%,P<0.01),治疗8周后,治疗组总有效率(77.59%)高于对照组(53.33%,P<0.05)。结论左金疏肝散在改善GERD患者反流症状发作的程度、频次和中医证候方面有明显的作用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zuojin Shugan Powder in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)with heat stagnation in liver and stomach syndrome.Methods Eighty-eight GERD cases with heat stagnation in liver and stomach syndrome were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a treatment group(n=58)and a control group(n=30).The patients in the treatment group were treated with Zuojin Shugan Powder,while those in the control group were treated with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules.The Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)scores and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results After four and eight weeks of treatment,RDQ scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 53.45%,higher than 13.33%of the control group after four weeks of treatment(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.59%,higher than 53.33%of the control group after eight weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Zuojin Shugan Powder has an obvious effect in improving the severity and frequency of reflux symptoms and TCM syndromes in GERD patients.
