温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Warming Needle Moxibustion on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的观察温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效。方法选取山东中医药高等专科学校附属医院针灸门诊收治的神经根型颈椎病患者110例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为温针灸观察组和单纯针刺治疗对照组,每组55例。两组针刺工具、穴位选择、针刺方式、注意事项、治疗时长、治疗频率、治疗疗程完全相同,比较、分析温针灸观察组与单纯针刺对照组治疗前后的愈显率、疼痛程度评分、颈椎功能评分。结果经统计学分析,治疗后,观察组的愈显率(96.3%)高于对照组(89.0%)(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛程度评分、颈椎功能评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论温针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病优势显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 110 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were assigned into a warming needle moxibustion group and a simple acupuncture group according to the random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The acupuncture tools,acupoint selection,acupuncture methods,precautions,treatment duration,treatment frequency,and treatment course were completely identical in the two groups.The improvement rate,pain score,and vertebral function score were compared between before and after treatment and between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement rate of the warming needle moxibustion group was higher than that of the simple acupuncture group(96.3%vs.89.0%,P<0.05).The pain score and vertebral function score in the warming needle moxibustion group were lower than those in the simple acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
