自拟调肝活血汤治疗肾虚型月经过少的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Self-formulated Tiaogan Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Hypomenorrhea with Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

目的通过观察自拟调肝活血汤治疗月经过少的临床疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法选取2020年5月—2021年5月甘肃省景泰县人民医院收治的月经过少患者66例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组予自拟调肝活血汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床表现、性激素水平及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候评分高于对照组;子宫内膜厚度高于对照组;雌二醇指标高于对照组;促卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成激素低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用自拟调肝活血汤治疗月经过少,可改善患者的临床表现和性激素水平,恢复正常月经,是治疗月经过少较为理想的汤剂,可临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-formulated Tiaogan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea and explore the underlying mechanism.Methods Sixty-six patients with hypomenorrhea admitted to Jingtai People’s Hospital of Gansu Province from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(n=33)and an observation group(n=33)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while those in the observation group were treated with selfformulated Tiaogan Huoxue Decoction.The clinical efficacy,clinical manifestations,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed higher traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,thicker endometrium,higher estradiol,and lower follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-formulated Tiaogan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea can improve the clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels of patients and restore normal menstruation.It is an ideal decoction for the treatment of hypomenorrhea,which can be promoted in clinical application.
