情志护理联合头部刮痧在紧张性头痛气机郁滞证患者中的应用

Application of Emotional Nursing Combined with Head Scraping in Tension Headache Patients with Qi Stagnation Syndrome

目的探讨紧张性头痛气机郁滞证患者采用情志护理联合头部刮痧干预的效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年5月江苏省省级机关医院收治的紧张性头痛气机郁滞证患者82例,按随机数字表法分成干预组(41例)与对照组(41例),对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用情志护理联合头部刮痧,对两组疼痛程度、心理状态及睡眠质量进行比较。结果干预后,干预组视觉模拟评分法评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论情志护理联合头部刮痧应用于紧张性头痛气机郁滞证患者可减轻疼痛,改善患者心理状态,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the efficacy of emotional nursing combined with head scraping in the treatment of tension headache patients with qi stagnation syndrome.Methods Eighty-two tension headache patients with qi stagnation syndrome treated in Jiangsu Province Official Hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into an intervention group(n=41)and a control group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while those in the intervention group received emotional nursing combined with head scraping.The degree of pain,psychological state,and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the intervention group showed lower visual analogue scale(VAS)score(P<0.01),lower Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores(P<0.01),and lower Pittsburgh sleep quality index score(P<0.01).Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with head scraping in the intervention of tension headache with qi stagnation syndrome can relieve the pain,improve the psychological state,and improve the quality of sleep of patients.
