Experience of WANG Yachun in Treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea

总结王雅春教授运用悦肠汤治疗肠易激综合征的经验。王雅春教授认为本病患者以肝脾失调、脾肾不足为特点,以脾虚湿盛为病机之关键。治疗当以健运脾胃、化湿止泻为大法,同时调畅肝脾、补益脾肾、温阳涩肠,临床以自拟悦肠汤加减治疗配合针灸治疗及情志调整常获佳效,后附典型病案以供印证。

This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor WANG Yachun in treating irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea by using Yuechang Decoction.Professor WANG Yachun holds that the liver and spleen disorder and the spleen and kidney deficiency are the characteristics of irritable bowel syndrome,and the spleen deficiency and excessive dampness are the key pathogens.The treatment should focus on invigorating the spleen and stomach as well as resolving dampness to stop diarrhea,while regulating the function of the liver and spleen,tonifying spleen and kidney,and warming yang and astringing intestines.The clinical application of modified Yuechang Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment and emotional adjustment has a good curative effect.Medical records for typical cases are attached for verification.
