耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷用于冠心病(心血瘀阻型胸痹)患者护理效果及对睡眠质量和心血管事件的影响

Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Acupoint Application:Efficacy and Effect on Sleep Quality and Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome of Blood Stasis-caused Chest Impediment)

目的探讨耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷用于冠心病(心血瘀阻型胸痹)患者护理效果及对睡眠质量和心血管事件的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2021年10月期间我院收治的冠心病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分两组,对照组35例予以常规护理,观察组35例在常规护理基础上予以耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷。分别于干预前后评估睡眠质量及中医证候积分,并随访3个月,记录心血管事件发生情况。结果观察组干预后的中医证候积分、PSQI评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。此外,随访3个月内,观察组心血管事件总发生率14.29%,明显低于对照组的45.71%(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压与穴位贴敷联合用于冠心病(心血瘀阻型胸痹)护理工作中不仅能够缓解患者症状,改善睡眠质量,还能够降低心血管事件发生风险。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint application on the patients with coronary heart disease(syndrome of blood stasis-caused chest impediment)and the effect of this therapy on sleep quality and cardiovascular events.Methods A total of 70 patients with coronary heart disease admitted into Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and assigned into two groups according to the random number table method.The 35 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the 35 patients in the observation group received auricular point sticking combined with acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing.The sleep quality and TCM symptoms were evaluated before and after the intervention,and the incidence of cardiovascular events in the 3-month followup was recorded.Results The TCM syndrome scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,during the 3-month follow-up,the total incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was 14.29%,lower than that(45.71%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with acupoint application can relieve the symptoms,improve sleep quality,and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in the patients with coronary heart disease(syndrome of blood stasis-caused chest impediment).
