中药穴位贴敷居家治疗家庭病房老年骨性关节炎患者的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Application of Chinese Medicine on Senile Osteoarthritis in Family Wards

目的观察居家中药穴位贴敷对家庭病房老年骨性关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法对60例家庭病房老年骨性关节炎患者用中药穴位贴敷法进行治疗,比较治疗前后关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量评价。结果治疗后患者平均VAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),生活质量优良率(93.3%)高于治疗前(75.0%)。结论对家庭病房的老年骨性关节炎患者居家应用中药穴位贴敷治疗效果明显,值得在基层社区门诊和家庭病房居家服务工作中推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine on the elderly patients with osteoarthritis in family wards.Methods Sixty elderly patients with osteoarthritis in family wards were treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and excellent rate of quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The treatment lowered the average VAS score(P<0.05)and increased the excellent rate of quality of life(93.3%vs.75.0%)compared with that before treatment.Conclusion The acupoint application of Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of the elderly patients with osteoarthritis in the family wards.This therapy is worthy of popularization in the community outpatient services and family wards.
