活血止痛散熏洗对踝关节骨折术后功能康复的价值

Effect of Fumigation and Washing with Huoxue Zhitong Powder on Functional Rehabilitation of Ankle Fractures after Surgery

目的研究探讨活血止痛散熏洗对踝关节骨折术后功能康复的价值。方法选择踝关节骨折并行踝关节骨折固定术的患者共120例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组患者术后常规使用抗感染治疗,待石膏拆除后予以常规康复训练;观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合活血止痛散治疗。对比观察两组患者关节肿胀情况、疼痛指标、炎性因子水平及踝关节功能情况。结果治疗前,两组患者关节肿胀评分及VAS疼痛评分相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1月后两组较治疗前关节肿胀评分及VAS疼痛评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1月后两组较治疗前患者IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者Baird踝关节、AOFAS后足评分相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1月后两组较治疗前Baird踝关节、AOFAS后足评分均显著升高(P<0.01),且观察组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论活血止痛散可有效降低踝关节骨折术后患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,抑制炎症反应,改善患者踝关节肿胀,缓解疼痛,促进踝关节功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of fumigation and washing with Huoxue Zhitong Powder on functional rehabilitation of ankle fractures after surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with ankle fractures undergoing ankle fracture fixation were enrolled and divided into an observation group(n=60)and a control group(n=60)according to the random number table.The patients in the control group received anti-infective treatment after surgery and routine rehabilitation training after cast removal,while those in the observation group received additional Huoxue Zhitong Powder on the basis of the therapeutic protocol of the control group.The joint swelling,pain index,inflammatory factors,and ankle joint function of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in joint swelling score and VAS score for pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment for one month,the joint swelling score and VAS score for the pain of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of Il-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After one month of treatment,the levels of Il-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the Baird ankle score and AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After one month of treatment,the Baird ankle score and AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong Powder can effectively reduce the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α,inhibit the inflammatory reaction,improve ankle swelling,relieve pain,and promote the recovery of ankle function of patients after ankle fracture surgery.
