化痰通络汤治疗风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者的效果观察

Effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction on Acute Cerebral Infarction of Wind-Phlegm Stasis Syndrome

目的探讨风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者应用化痰通络汤治疗的效果。方法纳入我院收治的风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者102例为研究对象,时间为2020年4月至2022年4月,按随机数字表法分2组,每组51例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙片和阿司匹林片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予化痰通络汤治疗,比较两组的疗效、血脂水平、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平和不良反应。结果总有效率组间比较,观察组96.08%高于对照组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均比治疗前低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比治疗前高,观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、ET-1和NO水平均比治疗前低,观察组降低程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给予对症处理后,两组症状均缓解。结论风痰瘀阻型急性脑梗死患者应用化痰通络汤治疗,在改善患者血脂水平、炎症因子及内皮功能等方面,效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm stasis syndrome admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were enrolled and divided into a control group(n=51)and an observation group(n=51)according to the random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and aspirin tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,while those in the observation group received additional Huatan Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,blood lipid level,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,higher than 78.43% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than those before treatment.The improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,ET-1,and NO in the two groups were lower than those before treatment.In terms of the reduction degree,the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After symptomatic treatment,the symptoms in both groups were relieved.Conclusion Huatan Tongluo Decoction is effective in improving blood lipid levels,inflammatory factors,and endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm stasis syndrome.
